Why this exists
Most job-search products for Indian freshers sell hope. This one sells preparation, and puts its own money behind whether the preparation worked.

The problem we started from
A fresher in India applies to a hundred roles with one generic resume, hears nothing, and concludes the market is closed. Usually the market was never the problem. The resume did not survive the screening software, the applications were identical, and nobody ever practised saying their answers out loud before the first real interview.
All three are fixable in an evening. They just are not fixable alone, because nobody tells you which of the three went wrong.
What we built instead
- Tailoring, per job. A resume rewritten against one specific job description, with the missing keywords named — not a template.
- Practice that is honest. A mock interviewer that probes vague answers and holds its judgement until the end, then tells you your real score. An inflated score helps nobody about to sit a real interview.
- Preparation you can hold. 12 printable cheat sheets that work offline, because the morning of an interview is exactly when the network fails.
- A visible bar. One readiness score out of 100, so you know whether you are ready before an employer tells you that you were not.
The promises we refuse to make
There is a whole category of Indian ed-tech and placement products built on promises nobody can keep. We decided which ones we would never make, and then wrote them into the product:
- No guaranteed job. We guarantee a refund, not an employer's decision. If you do the work and land nothing in 90 days, you get the ₹1,499 back — the conditions are all published and tracked live.
- No auto-applying. Bulk applications get candidates flagged as spam. You review every draft and send it yourself.
- No invented experience. The AI reorders and sharpens what is true about you. Where you have a gap it says so, because a fabricated line collapses at the second follow-up question.
- No fake credentials. Certificates say “practice assessment” and carry your real score. An honest credential a recruiter can verify beats an inflated one every time.
- No fake social proof. You will not find invented testimonials or a fabricated user counter on this site. When real ones exist, they will appear with real names.
Where the product is today
Pre-launch, and honest about it. The job feed currently holds 69 curated sample listings that illustrate the kind of remote hiring these employers do, clearly marked as samples and each linking to the employer's own careers page. Live listings through a licensed job-board API are the next thing we are building. We are not affiliated with any company shown.
The plan is one price — ₹1,499 for 90 days, one-time, nothing auto-renews. Early-access places are opened by hand right now, and every purchase is fully refundable for the first week.
