Terms of use

FresherPilot is a preparation tool. It finds and ranks job listings, tailors your resume and cover letter to a specific role, runs practice assessments and mock interviews, and tracks your applications. It is an assistant: it prepares the work, and you decide what to send.

• We do not guarantee a job, an interview, or a salary. Nobody honestly can — those are decisions made by employers we do not control. What we guarantee is a refund; the conditions are in the refund policy.
• We do not apply on your behalf. The product never submits an application, never emails an employer as you, and never asks for your email password. Auto-applying gets candidates flagged as spam.
• We do not represent any employer. We are not a recruiter, staffing agency or hiring partner for the companies named in sample listings.

Every AI feature produces a draft for you to review. AI can be wrong, can phrase something clumsily, and can miss context about you. You are responsible for what you send to an employer under your own name. Never submit an AI draft you have not read.

Our prompts are built never to invent experience, employers, degrees, certifications, dates or metrics you did not provide. If you notice a feature fabricating something about you, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.

• Give accurate information about yourself. The product is only as honest as what you type into it.
• Do not claim skills or credentials you cannot be tested on. It fails at the second interview question.
• Only log applications you actually submitted — the refund guarantee is checked against this.
• Use the service for your own job search, not to operate an agency or resell output.
• You must be 18 or older.

The plan includes unlimited AI actions under fair use, which means normal human usage by one person. It does not mean automated scripts, scraping, bulk generation, or shared accounts. If usage looks automated we may rate-limit the account, and we will tell you why before doing anything else.

One plan: ₹1,499 for 90 days. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription — nothing auto-renews and there is nothing to cancel. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never see your card details.

Refunds are governed by the refund policy, including the 90-day money-back guarantee.

Listings marked as samples illustrate the kind of role an employer hires for, with indicative market pay. They are not live vacancies and not offers. Always apply through the employer's own careers site, which every sample listing links to.

Certificates record your performance on our practice assessments. They are not accredited or government-recognised qualifications and do not certify employment eligibility. That statement is printed on every certificate. Presenting one as an accredited qualification is a misuse of the service and your own risk.

We provide the service as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 90 days. We are not liable for hiring decisions, lost opportunities, or outcomes of applications you submit.

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated on this page and, where they affect a live plan, emailed to you. You can stop using the service at any time and erase your data from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaches fair use or files fraudulent refund claims, after telling you why.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of the registered office's jurisdiction having exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
